Sinopse
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is a third-person dark fantasy RPG that follows Geralt of Rivia after he is falsely accused of assassinating King Foltest[1]. Geralt must clear his name while uncovering the identity of the real kingslayer in a world torn by political conflict[1]. The game features branching narrative paths that significantly impact the story. Early in the game, Geralt must choose between assisting the rebel elf Iorveth or the military commander Roche, which determines the entire trajectory of Chapter 2[1]. In the Iorveth path, Geralt helps rebel forces fight against King Henselt of Kaedwen, while in the Roche path, he supports the king against the rebellion[1]. Throughout his journey, Geralt works to locate his companion Triss and uncover a larger conspiracy. He discovers that the kingslayer is a witcher named Letho, who reveals a Nilfgaardian plot to destabilize the Northern Kingdoms[1]. The game culminates in the city of Loc Muinne, where Geralt confronts Letho and can choose to either let him go or duel him to the death[1]. A concurrent storyline involves Geralt attempting to recover lost memories
